In response to the call of Archbishop John J. Myers, the Sisters came to the Archdiocese of Newark, northern New Jersey, to be witnesses of their religious life, through contemplative prayer life and fraternal charity. Their Priory is located at 109 Telford St, in East Orange, NJ 07018.
There apostolate is twofold:
On one hand the Sisters are involved in Parish life, working together with Fr. Frederick Pfeiffer, Pastor of St. Joseph Parish. They strive to be attentive to the needs of their inner city neighborhood through visits, CCD, Bible Studies, religion classes at the Parish school and all that which is part of a Parish life.
On the other hand, two Sisters are more involved in Campus Ministry. They are part of the Newman Center staff in Newark downtown at University Heights, serving four Campuses: Rutgers, NJIT, Essex County College and UMDNJ.
